Second time staying in the Address, lovely staff, rooms and food. Excellent hotel. 100% will return.
First time staying, fantastic staff, beatiful room and the hotel overall. lovely food. will definetly go back again.
Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious and clean room, powerful shower and good breakfast. Ideal location, near Luas and secure parking.
Excellent quality hotel experience for me and my wife. We were visiting friends locally and the hotel was perfect. Room was big, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast could have been better but the full Irish was delicious.
We enjoyed our stay their very much. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our breakfast on both mornings. The staff working in the restaurant were so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we required. Thanks for the lovely stay. Helen & Shane.
Lovely hotel with excellent decor and food was delicious. Only feedback would be service was quite service was quite slow at times for breakfast and dinner. May have been due to the bank holiday weekend. Staff were very pleasant particularly reception.
Wonderful clean hotel breakfast the best
NICE hotel.Comfortable and spacious rooms.Excellent ,helpful and pleasant staff
Had a lovely break at Kingswood Hotel . Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfast served and room was clean . Would stay again as it is very convenient
Super hotel,so easy to find, lovely and modern and very reasonable. The staff and the food in both the restaurant and breakfast were top class. Would definitely return.
I loved this hotel and could not fault in any way. Lovely happy, friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, superb buffet style breakfast served until 11.00am, free safe car parking, beautiful decor. We will definately be going back. Great nights sleep as hotel was very quiet and even our own coffee machine with plenty of pods including hot chocolate. The hotel is easy to get to and close to all amenities. Well done Kingswood. Very impressed, don't change a thing.
The Kingswood Hotel is an excellent place to stay in, easy access very secure parking area, great food both breakfast and dinners and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be booking it in the future. Regards Michael Lynskey
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel - the staff were friendly the room was great!

Lovely comfortable rooms, tasty plentiful breakfast, great restaurant, very friendly helpful staff
very nice hotel, staff were friendly, hotel was clean and modern and well looked after, i would recommend this hotel
Our stay at the Kingswood Hotel (on 21/05/16) was very enjoyable I couldn't find fault with it ,the staff were very friendly and professional, the food was beautiful and the room was very spacious and comfortable EXCELLENT. Michael O Shea.
My visit to The Kingswood Hotel with two other American guests who were visiting me was very enjoyable and is situated in an ideal location to access the city easily. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. If I had occassion to visit Dublin i would certainly stay in the Kingswood.
Spot on hotel with easy access to city centre, nice breakfast, clean comfortable room. All good.
We opted to be outside City centre for the usual reasons and our choice didn't disappoint. Free and easy parking on site and easy access to main routes to city centre and also for inland and coastal areas by car. Weather permitted the 20 min walk to the Tram for a car free day in the city centre - very reasonable ticket prices too. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Rooms and facilities as one would expect at this level. Some traffic noise made it through the double glazing but you cant have quick access to busy routes and the silence of the countryside. Evening meal at McGettigans Cookhouse - just 25 metres across from the hotel was excellent... Our 'deal' with Bargain Breaks made our 3 nights with breakfast very competitive and reasonable with other options. Breakfasts, by the way are worth every penny - masses of choice and good to have lots of fresh fruit as well as dates, nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds to salve any conscience about eating a huge fried breakfast with pastries and croissants the day before or if like one of us, you prefer a healthy /vegetarian option for breakfast.. We didnt use the small bar but it was good to know it was there. Good value and pleasant stay all round.
I booked the Kingswood Hotel, Citywest at short notice as I was travelling to the Aviva Stadium for the Ireland v Switzerland soccer friendly. The directions to the hotel once we turned off the N7 (travelled up from Cork)could have been better with more signposting but once we arrived we received nothing but friendly and efficient service. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent and set us up for our travel back down to Cork. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when visiting Dublin.
Stayed overnight here and was very impressed with this hotel ,everything excellent here ,room perfect, very comfy beds, stayed on second floor and despite a large group of teens in hotel that night there was no disturbance, staff exceptionally nice ,underground parking very handy and no charge.had a lovely meal in McGettigans and will definitely choose to eat here whenever passing . We do a lot of overnights in Dublin with sports events and I will definitely stay here again , quick access to M50 which is a major plus , great value too ,full marks for Kingswood
Lovely hotel food good but very disappointed in the bar very few varieties of spirits
Excellent Lovely staff
Lovely hotel, problem with the booking & the breakfast was appalling. Staff were not willing to bring on more food for the hot plate, It seemed that they were hoping people would get fed up waiting.
This is a test
Really enjoyed our stay here, Very easy to access off the N7 and very safe overnight parking, Staff on arrival were very friendly and we found the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Great variety of food for breakfast.
Great stay.
Stayed for two nights with family.Decent clean room, the only drawback was the place didn't have its own restaurant and the one next door was too busy and booked over the weekend. Not really kid friendly either!
The family room was great. The staff were great. The breakfast was super. Perfectly situated to access Dublin and yet on the road home to Limerick giving us a quick escape. Completely hassle free. We'll definately be staying here again.
Hotel was lovely great valu for money
We booked this hotel per the understanding that we were booking in for 2 nights bed breakfast and dinner as this is what was advertised on the website. We got a phone call from the Maldron to say did we want dinner on Friday as Kingswood bar and restaurant was booked out on Saturday. I asked her what about our free dinner on Saturday as it was advertised for 2 nights bed breakfast and dinner but she told me that advertisement was wrong and we were only entitled to one nights free dinner. I asked was the bar opened on Friday and I was told yes it was so we accepted that we would go somewhere different on Saturday night. They asked us did we want to change our dates but we could not as we had a babysitter arranged and time of work. The hotel was sorry for the inconvenience caused and when we got to the hotel there was a bottle of wine waiting in our room. On Friday we got ready and went to Kingswood restaurant we had to send our meal back as the mince beef was raw in the middle, they were very pleasant and gave us a whole nice dish which was cooked right through. After our meal we headed downstairs to have a drink but we were told that the two bars were not available to residents as one bar was holding an 18th birthday and the other was holding a 60th birthday which meant we had no where to go only the hotel lobby bar which is a joke as it is about the size of a small bathroom and they don't even sell anything on draft only bottle beer which were warm and not a great selection. This hotel is located just off the N7 and there is no pubs in walking distance from it. There was no music of anything in the lobby therefore we headed to our room at 10.30pm On Saturday evening we headed down to the restaurant which is actually located in the Maldron Hotel just off the lobby and oh my god what a big let down. We both order chicken veg and potato and what came out was an absolute disgrace I wouldn't give to my dog shame on that chef for handing that muck up. That was the final straw for us so we called the general manager over and explained to her our disappointment over the Friday night being doubled booked the false advertisement on the website regarding 2 nights free dinner and 2 breakfast. In fairness to her she was very helpful she arrange to pay for a taxi to bring us to Bewleys Hotel and gave us €50.00 to buy drinks and have to say we had a great night in Bewleys as they had a proper bar and great live music and a brilliant atmosphere we did not want to go back to the Maldron that night. Funny thing is we were going to book Bewleys for our weekend away but what sold us about the Maldron was the Kingswood bars which we never actually got to see. We have a four year old and a five month old and we never get away so we were looking forward to the break but it was such a let down. We will never go the Maldron again and I would never recommend it to anyone
Comfortable and clean and Reception staff very helpful. Bus only runs hourly to City though. 3 stars
no air conditioning the room was very warm the fan we got at reception did not work, we were challenged at breakfast that our breakfast was not included even though we had paid and were told that the children were not included in breakfast, very disapointed not family friendly wont be booking through lidl again
