Travel Description : Ardara is situated in Irelands North West in the rugged and beautiful County of Donegal.
Area Description : From Glencolumbkille a road heads inland towards Ardara, through the wild and picturesque Glengesh Pass where the road meanders through sloping mountainous terrain. Glengesh (Gleann Geis, Glen of the Swans) is one of two glaciated valleys that sculpture the northern edge of the Banagh peninsula.
room and staff were great, coffee was appalling
Pros: Hotel is centrally located & immaculately clean. Cons: No private parking, very outdated rooms & the bar was closed for renovations which I think should have been advertised on the hotel's website to let potential customers know.
