Parnell Square (named after Charles Stewart Parnell) is a Georgian square situated at the north end of O Connell Street and west of Mountjoy Square. Terraces of original Georgian houses surround the square on three sides and there are many notable landmarks and points of interest only a few minutes walk from Maldron Hotel Parnell Square. The Rotunda Hospital is situated at the southern part of the square, just a two minute walk from the hotel making it very convenient for hospital visits. The Garden of Remembrance is located along the north side of the square with the entrance on the eastern side of the square. This beautiful garden in the heart of the city was designed by Daithi Hanly and dedicated to the memory of all those who gave their lives in the cause of Irish Freedom. For those interested in culture and the arts, the Gate Theatre and the Ambassador are located in the south easterly corner of the square and the Hugh Lane Gallery is on the north side. We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The room was small but had everything we needed. We had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and the food was fantastic. There was a great selection of foods at Breakfast I would certainly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again
Yes I would recommend this hotel ..staff were lovely andverynice..only fault I had was ..check in was late ..we arrived at 2 and didn't get our room till 4.45 ...very disappointing.....upgraded to a suite but wouldn't be impressed with it...no bath plug in the bath...on the cold side ...no complimentary water....mini fridge on the floor ... but otherwise a good location

Room was small but clean, very comfortable bed and the breakfast options were good. Thought it was great they offered a later time for breakfast on the weekends. Location perfect for visiting Dublin and the hotel Staff friendly and helpful. Will be back!

I had a really pleasant stay at the Maldron hotel in Parnell Square. The room was beautiful -clean, spacious, comfortable and all I especially enjoyed the tea making facilities. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

Great staff. Lovely comfy beds. Asked for a quite room if possible and got it. It's only a short walk to bus or luas stop. Close enough to walk to the city center.
