Staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Hotel was very clean n rooms spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was dreadful, wouldn't recommend ????. Hotel a little far from city centre you need to drive about 15 mins. Nice walk around Hotel.

Excellent Hotel all round, good food , comfortable room, nice staff.
Only complaint was been awoken at 2am one night with the ringing of the fire alarm, twice. Because of preparing to evacuate the room ,shoes and coats on etc. and then told it was a false alarm, it can kind of take a while to get back into sleep mode after such an unsettling experience.!
I couldn’t fault The Crowne Hotel I would 100% recommend it! Will be back again
Really nice Hotel with very helpful staff, On one of the morning of our stay a chef asked me was everything to my liking and I mentioned I would loved soda bread , he went out of his way to cook me some even though it was not on the menu.

Lovely stay in CROWNE Plaza Belfast . Couldn’t get wifi in the bedroom. But lovely room. Lovely staff.. even cleaners. Shout out to Barry. Very helpful. Only gripe I have really , is our last night, at the Green Restaurant, where I ordered the chickpea and potatoe vegetarian curry, didn’t include Rice. Had to pay extra for it as a Side dish . And it was delicious . But Rice should have been included in price. Lovely hotel .

A need for more in room refreshments - 1 sachet of coffee, 1 chocolate, 1 Kit Kat and 1 pack of biscuits between 2 isn’t acceptable for a hotel of your stature for 2 people
Beautiful hotel, fab breakfast. But it was the staff that made our stay really special. Reception staff made a fuss of my son. Bar staff were so nice and staff at breakfast were great too.

Hotel is 10 min drive to city centre. The hotel itself is nice. Good parking. Staff are friendly. Food is average. Issue with room - i booked 2 adults and two kids and asked for doubke and two single beds. I got two large beds instead. Only two bottle water etc for 2 people not 4. No extra towels pillows in room. Bath didn't keep water in as stopper doesn't seal properly so my bath was just about 3 mins before all water leaked out. Booking in set time for breakfast on holidays is stupid - how do you know this -its holidays!! I never had this before in any hotel. ***Paid in euro and it was about 20 euro more than exchange rate when i checked rates.
The staff were very helpful . Room and bed was really comfortable. Would recommend.

Staff very friendly, beds very comfortable, breakfast lovely and free parking so a good base for day trips. Really enjoyed our time here.
Hotel was great, food was good. Only negative was they said a family room is one large bed and a sofa bed. I expect a family roon to be two double beds or two singles and a double so as my children are too old to sleep together i had to sleep on the sofa bed with my daughter which was too small and extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend to book a family room if you have kids over the age of seven or so as any more than one child would be uncomfortable on the sofa bed. They said a twin room is a room with two doubles but i think they misrepresent what a family room is

What a beautiful hotel! Asked for a disability room and didn't disappoint .Great staff good food and service excellent. Back for another hospital appointment in May and will be booking again. Only 7 mins. away from Kingsbridge Hospital

Hi. Hotel is very nice. Clean and nice staff. But what's the story with the kitchen? You can't have a hotel and forgot to serve 100% food. Food disgusting (smelly old oil fries) asked for stek midium rare and got it well done chewy. Hire very good chef and will be no problem with the kitchen.

Very nice hotel. Location is a good distance from city center so not suitable unless you have a car. Room was very comfortable. Gym is excellent as is the swimming pool and having the children's playroom was brilliant for our toddler. This hotel is really great for families with a lovely park and playground within walking distance too.
Good cleaning and big room. Breakfast food was good with lots of option for dairy and gluten free. Enjoyed sauna but pool was a bit cold.

The hotel is a perfect location as only 15 mins from Belfast city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend the River Bar. Very overpriced and not very appetising. £8.50 (€10.20) for 5 tasteless chicken wings and £7.50 (€9) for 1 glass of wine, it was the food/ prices that lost the hotel marks for me and if I was recommending the hotel I’d advise them to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was very tasty though.

Lovely food we enjoyed breakfast and dinner - very comfortable room . Only complaint would be the lack of policy around swimcaps — very unusual to have so many people without them in the pool . Sauna and steamroom lovely too .

I went with my family, 2 adults and 2 children and we had a lovely wkend. All staff super professional and friendly and a lovely warm welcome when we arrived.
Very pleased with the Crown plaza Belfast for our recent overnight stay. Check in was very efficient and staff were very friendly. Any queries I had were addressed quickly. Great breakfast, loads of variety and food made to order arrived quickly. The swimming pool was quite full with sections roped off for both lane swimming and lessons, leaving little space for other users but still it was enough for the kids to have a splash around. Pool changing facilities were very clean with plenty of seating and storage space. I'd recommend the hotel, and would be happy to stay again!
Lovely hotel, family friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Only downside is its by a busy road but can't hear the noise at night.

The hotel is perfect for a family break. Rooms are a nice size, modern and spotless. Restaurant is lovely and caters well to allergies eg. Gluten free. Pool is clean and warm. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will be back.
This is a lovely hotel, the rooms were spotless and very modern with everyone you could need. We chose the hotel as they had a pool and it was fantastic - changing areas and showers very clean as was the pool area. The only thing that let the hotel down was the service in the restaurant - it was a bit chaotic and as a result our monkfish mains were quite overdone. It was extremely busy with a dance competition so that could’ve been a factor.

My husband I with our 2 sons had a lovely stay here at the weekend.. the boys really enjoyed the pool.. there was a poor selection for dinner for the kids in the river bar and nothing to suit my caoliac son which resulted in them getting Pizza from Uber eats and eating in the hotel room.. Also there was no entertainment at night.. we would’ve loved a little bit of music after dinner to relax to..

Hotel was lovely. Very comfortable room. Staff very friendly. Drink was expensive & food let the hotel down. (Hot Breakfast wasn’t edible tasted like it had been cooked the night before & reheated. For this reason I would not recommend the hotel or return.
Beautiful hotel in such a central location. All staff from house keeping up to management were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable. Front of house staff was wonderful and signed me up for special offers. The bedroom was very modern and comfortable, perfect for us , all the amenities were there from shampoo to water, breakfast offers such a variety of delicious food, maybe a little more for a vegetarian could be added . We all felt very safe when staying in The Crowne Plaza as the Covid procedures in place of the highest standard. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
Amazing service. Staff are so friendly and were on hand when required. Food was outstanding. We had dinner in the bar and it was absolutey amazing as was breakfast the next morning. Only downside was outside main centre so had to drive but aside from that highly recommend.

Lovely hotel and location but unfortunately their bar let them down Staff hadn’t a clue what they were doing and when we went to the bar they just stood looking at you. You actually had to call them and tell them you wanted a drink There was a couple of excellent staff in the bar but not enough to cope.

Check in was at 3, had 3 rooms booked but didn't get the rooms until 5.30. Booked dinner in the bar but was put in a separate function room on our own and were continuously forgotten about

The hotel was too far from city centre. Had to get taxis which added to the expense. Reception staff were lovely but the bar staff were very very slow so therefore we left to go elsewhere on both nights of out stay as did many other people we spoke with
Hotel and rooms were great as usual. 3rd time visiting . This time round I felt the hotel was very under staffed. In the bar there were at least 5 staff behind the bar and by the looks of it had no training. They left customers waiting at the door and just keep passing you by while you were waiting on your table . There wasn't a manager on site in the bar to show the staff what they should be doing . Other than this we really enjoyed our stay
On arriving at the crowns plaza with my family we were very pleased with the reception area an check in although our rooms were not ready an this was 5.30pm we had to wait an additional 10 mins to be allocated our room on arriving at our bedroom it was spacious with double an pull out sofa for our two kids on exploring the room as kids do we found dirty socks empty bottles of water an used biscuits in the mini fridge I will have to say the crowne plaza indeed needs to up the game in the cleaning area of the hotel guest rooms an we are in very unprecedented times an cleaning an sanitisation must be done to the best. On booking a family meal we were delayed in a que despite previously booking we were taken to a table by very untrained hotel staff. I feel the waiting staff has some way to go in hotel hospitality an so much for the bar staff we had to ask for a order numerous times even got the order wrong I wouldn’t recommend the crowne plaza for a family break

Myself and my daughter stayed 2 nights. Fabulous hotel. Room was lovely and clean. We had tea in our room. But the milk we used was not replaced. So no milk for the next morning. But other than that. It was lovely. Breakfast was superb. Fry up if wanted. Toast, fruit, cereal. All lovely. Pool was nice. Will stay again.
Excellent experience staff,facilities and location were excellent and far exceeded our expectations. Hope to return in the not too distant future.
