Great hotel, stayed for 3 nights, room was lovely and quiet, breakfast was top notch, staff were really welcoming, highly recommend
Really good hotel, great breakfast, great location and beside transport Thank you
Great hotel walking distance to all the shops and attractions Room was quiet and comfortable
Lovely hotel, food was lovely, the bed was super comfy and the staff was so friendly
Lovely hotel . Great breakfast and the bar is great to relax in . One criticism , dinner at the bar was not the most enjoyable experience . My elderly Mom asked for some chips with her meal , staff did not oblige and I felt a big deal was made out of it , shame really perfect stay only for that
Fab spot, brilliant nights stay in the heart of Dublin. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Nice hotel just off O Connell Street. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Nice selection for breakfast. .
nice hotel, staff very friendly. will come back again for a leisure visit
Very good ,and you are beside everything would defindely go back.Thank you!!
Reasonable price for Dublin but won’t be in a rush back here. Arrived to hotel just after 1am on the night I was staying there, and check in process was a bit of a disaster. Got given three different rooms and ended up walking up and down halls with my luggage for an age because first two rooms couldn’t be opened by key card and the third room was just two single beds. Didn’t get the impression senior worker at reception was apologetic enough for all the inconvenience. Some parts of shower a bit grubby. Also, I spent 20 mins driving around Dublin after midnight trying to find car park because it’s Google Maps location isn’t accurate (takes you to wrong place). Breakfast not overly tasty and some cups for making tea or coffee had dirt on them.
Very central location. Big room, comfortable and quiet. Good selection for breakfast.
Hotel is bang in the middle of Dublin which is great, staff in all departments were very friendly and obliging , wouldn't recommend food in the bar and overpriced for the portion . We would recommend this hotel to our friends
Lovely hotel. The room was modern, spacious and really nice. Was on the 5th floor - lovely and quiet. One of the best hotels and room I have been in. Breakfast was great- wonderful choice. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely return and will recommend it to my friends.
Reception staff very helpful especially Filipe

Met Conor at reception who was so helpful & kind to us, wish there were more people like him in the world.????????????
Fantastic hotel stunning can't wait to go back the best stay in dublin
My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. There was no air conditioning, despite a hot night. I was charged €6 for food delivery to my room, despite being told otherwise at the reception. My room was far from the elevator, making food retrieval inconvenient. Additionally, the food I ordered was expensive and the chicken was dry. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
Had a lovely stay here staff were very friendly and welcoming. would highly recommend this hotel too anyone. walking distance to city centre and you have tescos straight across the street. breakfast was delious self service you had to get your own no trays to bring food to tables. thanks for a lovely stay well be back

Watching keys not to touch off phone was a little issue but I understand that you are changing over name of hotel so that might not be an issue in future overall quiet happy with hotel staff friendly room clean good choice for breakfast good location in city centre
